What Happens if Fukushima's "Cores" Leave the Building?

Enenews has this video and story up but Enenews just went down so here is a link to the video at YouTube

RT interviews Dr. Robert Jacobs, who confirms rumors that radioactive steam is cracking the ground around the Fukushima plant.

Dr. Jacobs notes this is making it much more difficult for workers to work at the plant.

Dr. Jacobs notes also that this is an indication that "radioactive material is moving under the ground"

"the melted core is simply moving further away from where it is being measured and it may have as a result of these aftershocks be moving down out of the building itself and that may be why we are seeing radioactive steam"

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? WHAT ARE THE IMPLICATIONS?

CAN THIS SITUATION EVER BE BROUGHT UNDER CONTROL OR ARE THE CORES SIMPLY GOING TO CONTINUE FISSIONING AWAY UNCONTAINED, CONTAMINATING EARTH?

A TINY POISONOUS STAR ON THE SURFACE OF A PLANET?
