Fukushima Update July 13, 2015

Another unhealthy looking sky over Fukushima Daiichi:

Who knows what is happening at the plant?

There was a spike in Iodine-131 in Gunma sewage sludge in May 2015 (reported by Optimal Prediction):

Fukushima Diary reports that a significant level of I-131 was detected in dry sludge from the Fukushima sewage plant May 19, 2015. Cesium-134 also was detected.
Strontium levels are up in sea water samples. Fukushima Diary reported strontium-90 detections of 1,000,000 Bq/m3 in TEPCO's June 2015 water samples near units 3 and 4 input valve:

Ground water samples have also been trending upwards. Fukushima Diary reported Jan 27 2015 that TEPCO detected 31,000,000 Bq/m3 of Strontium-90 measured at the nearest boring well to Reactor 2:
